We only use the Western Colloid roofing system. Our company assures a ten year warranty on all labor and material. When that ten year warranty has expired we will return and offer to re-warranty the roof for another ten years at a reduced rate. The re-warranty process includes cleaning, patching where necessary, spraying 5 gallons of Western Colloid emulsion per sq, and spraying 2 gallons of silver white per sq. The re-warranty is offered at about one third the cost of the original price. This is a great savings for you.
